I had a good experience for my first time here. I had to wait a little because the salon was busy and I was a walk in but they did take me as soon as someone was available. The technician Linh was efficient and professional and even though my nails are short, he did a great job with my gel French manicure. I was in and out in no time. I don’t do my nails often but I already have a follow up booked here and am excited to continue going. Thank you!!

I’ve been going here for a couple months and at first I loved it but the guy that did my nails left and I’m just not liking it anymore. This set is not even a week old and it’s already looking less than appealing. I have a lot of dry skin surrounding my cuticles which wasn’t like that before and the last 3 people I’ve seen I never want to see again. The last one (that did the set in pictures) was ok but the service isn’t the same. Sometimes the gel runs onto my skin or the polish is lumpy. Something needs to change.

I dont usually get my nails done often, only for special occasions. I got a acrylic set and was going to get regular polish but she said gel lasted longer. She told me 50 and I said no problem sounds good. But at the end charged me 60 It’s only 10 dollars but I’d appreciate the transparency upfront. I tipped 10 as well but I shouldve taken a closer look at the salon because the edges aren’t that neat. The overall experience was nice though I had my nails done as soon as I got in. No wait

I had an appointment for a regular pedicure and French tip gel manicure. I showed the technician Tina the picture of the exact manicure I wanted and she gave me a price we agreed on. While doing the manicure, she raised the price to shape the nails to match the picture, which I thought was unfair because she already agreed to a price to match the picture and she had already started the manicure so I couldn’t say no. Also the French tips were not even. Also I feel nothing was done during the pedicure..just felt like I got my feet washed. It’s a clean place though.

I have gotten my nails done at this establishment since it opened. I’ve recently moved back to the area and decided to go back. BIG MISTAKE! The women doing my nails had NO idea what she was doing. I asked multiple times for my nails to be natural length. My nails were very lumpy and thin. I paid $80 for this and a pedicure and I was so upset. I think she was new so I felt bad and didn’t want to complain, BUT then they broke off my actual nail 3 days later while I was making my bed in the morning. If you go here make sure to know who’s doing your nails.

I had a set done and it did not come out like I had hoped. I contacted the business and they quickly had me come in to correct it. They were very nice and I was very happy with the service. I will definitely be a repeat customer! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond! That’s how you run a business!!! Great job!

So I decided to give them another try. First thing I’m going to say is that the manager went out off her way to make sure I was pleased with my service after the last incident. She was very helpful and accommodated me as much as possible to make sure I was pleased. I had nail tech #3 “a guy” I can’t remember his name lol he did an amazing job. 10 days later I’m still getting complements on how pretty and delicate my nails look. I’m very happy I’t worked out because like I said the last time, I had been very happy with their services before it got sloppy. Now I can keep coming back n see him ❤️
