Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI made an appt for a shampoo, blow-dry, and braids. No one showed up. I messaged and was told that she would be 15 minutes late. I decided to leave after 30 minutes. I even asked the day before if she would still be able to make the appt and was told yes. Such a shame.
