I had an 8 am appointment on 12/30/14 for Nubian twists. I was told that the hair would be provided. The young lady that braided my hair showed me a picture of the braids and asked if that was what I wanted and I said yes. The picture she showed was of the twists I wanted. She asked what color hair I wanted. I told her black. She got the hair and started braiding my hair. When she was finished she asked how I wanted my ends. I thought that was an odd question because Nubian twists ends are just cut and left there is no need to do anything with the ends. As it turns out she braided my hair in Kinky twist hair. In an attempt to make it seem like Nubian twist she cut the ends off the back of my hair. Long story short she absolutely butchered my braids. Then proceeded to tell me the hair that I actually needed to achieve the look I wanted. I don’t understand why I was told they would provide that hair in the first place. I can’t even wear this hair down. I will never go to 360 hair braiding again.
