I had hair extensions installed by Adrian Perez and unfortunately my experience was awful. I had 3 wefts sewn in and severely tape-ins placed towards the front of my hair. It was my first time getting extensions and I expressed my hesitation to Adrian. He insisted we do sew ins as they were more durable even though I wasn’t sure I wanted the permanence of them. Eventually, he agreed to put tape ins towards the front instead of all wefts, but still used three on the back of my hair. A few days after the installation I mentioned that they were extremely uncomfortable but was told it would take time to adjust to having extensions. I knew something wasn’t right. I was flying to boston and thought I would give it a few more days and maybe the pain and irritation would subside but it only got worse. When I returned from my trip the pain was unbearable, and on top of it I had contracted covid. I wound up going to the dermatologist because my scalp was so irritated and painful and was told I was having an allergic reaction to the micro beads used for the sew in wefts. I told Adrian about this and politely asked for a refund. The dermatologist had removed the hair for me and it was in perfect condition having only been worn for a week. Adrian would not give me a refund and instead told me to make them into clip ins. He said the micro beads were hypoallergenic but clearly they weren’t, as I even saw the metal coating chipping off the beads. I paid $2,155 for hair I wore for a week and suffered a terrible reaction. I’ve reached out multiple times and have received no offer of a solution from Adrian or the salon. I’m extremely disappointed about how this is being handled.

I went here for an oxygen facial by Savana. What a treat! It felt so relaxing. She is such a nice, warm person. It was my first time getting a facial so I didn’t really know what to expect. Savana did a quick assessment and customized the facial based on my skin type. She took her time to pamper me. 🙂

Adrian is an amazing colorist and stylist. His prices are very reasonable and competitive. He also does make up. Adrian’s studio is private and very comfortable. You don’t have to deal with a loud salon with music blaring. You can actually relax. Adrian is a great conversationalist but is also comfortable letting his clients relax in silence. I am so happy I found Adrian.

I searched on yelp for a salon near me and after reading reviews I chose Hair Concept in Woodland Hills. I called for an appointment for a haircut and was given Adrian. I’m a little picky with me hair but I was very pleased with his work. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and it came out perfect. He is very professional and has a great personality . I followed him to his new salon, also in Woodland Hills, and it is so much nicer. I would recommend him to anyone.

Adrian is INCREDIBLE!!!! I did a lot of thorough searching on Instagram and other platforms to find the perfect artist to trust with my blonde hair. I model, so having someone like him who knows how to take me where I need to be and not damage my hair is essential to my career. I came to Adrian with my 13 inch off tone blonde and in no time he whizzed me into a 26inch perfectly blonde bombshell! He suggested a combination of extensions for the health of my hair – so I went with it and got some tape ins for my sensitive areas as well as my individual keratin bonds I pushed for versatility reasons 🙂 let me tell you – PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT! Best set and installation this head has seen 🙂 (and I’ve seen ALOT lol) . I would also like to add in addition Adrian is an incredible MAKE UP ARTIST as well!!! He did my hair and make up for a photo shoot and it was much loved ❤️ ❤️Seriously he is just a jack of all trades beauty and and SO happy I found him, I could go on and on – but instead I’ll just suggest you expirience his mastery for yourself!
