my nails almost never stay on or remain unbroken till my next appointment. I have friends who used to go but also changed salons because of the same reasons. customer service definite one star you walk in barely acknowledged and feel as if they already can’t be bothered. never can I just walk in and get an appointment and for what I pay to get my nails done I would expect a friendly hello or someone telling me to please wait a moment something that shows they appreciate your business but from beginning to end I never felt that way at the salon it’s not a fancy salon either.

I’ve NEVER done a review before, but today was worth completing one. Hunni…. Queen Elizabeth & Ken (I think that is his name) did me well today! I called in earlier and requested what services I wanted and was told to come right in. Once I got there, I side-eyed them because they were full as you know what… but I told them that I just called & they jumped into action! I didn’t wait long at all with at least 7 people ahead of me. Queen made that thing run like a well oiled machine without skipping a beat! I had a great experience and I will DEFINITELY be back! All Hail to the Queen! (Roz)
