Lindsey who is the owner of Rooted Hands Wellness has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 9+ years and truly loves her career as a massage therapist. Lindsey is able to cater her massages and techniques to each individual client and their specific needs during their sessions making sure they leave feeling 10x better than when they first arrived. The massages she offers are Deep Tissue, Cupping, Swedish, and Prenatal. She adds a natural muscle cream and aromatherapy to each massage if wanted or needed. As a therapist herself, Lindsey knows that it is very hard to find a GOOD massage therapist that provides the massage you really want to walk away with and that is not something you have to worry about here at Rooted Hands Wellness!

Something to note – I typically do not like to have the soles of my feet rubbed (I’m extremely sensitive there), but Lindsey’s touch was aaaamazing! It felt incredible. 20/10 highly recommend.
