I’ve been going to this place for 3 years (off and on) and I see a lot of staff come and go. Mr. Lee please instruct your staff that their job effects your business. I have been cut several time by all your staff even your sweet wife but I still come back hoping that I get better service. Today wasnt any different. Ms Lee cut me and so did the man who didn’t introduce himself and the polish was a bad job. Customer service isn’t the best but if your not going offer good CS at least do a great job

i had an appointment and waited over an hour…. and it was rushed the lady was rough, like pushing the tools really hard into my finger nails… i wasn’t too happy. i almost cried because i was looking forward to pamper myself (which i havent done since covid started)… and i had to go thru this… only good thing was the nail polish color she did.

I have been going to this salon for some time now, but as of today, I will not be returning. I went in to get a toenail polish change, I advised the lady that I wanted new toe separators, not the ones she had just taken from between my daughters toes, I was explaining that I wanted new ones, I guess she didn’t understand English very well, so the owner comes over & explains to me that they always use new, I was like no y’all don’t, she just pulled them from my daughters toes & I don’t want them in between mine, when I got ready to leave, they charged me more than usual, I usually pay $35 for gel polish change & 2 tips for big toe, but today it was $40, ok that’s fine I paid, but my family will not be returning.

Half of the time they forget one thing or another. Today I didn’t even get lotion or a massage with my manicure. I picked matching color for my nails and toes and ended up with this. They also aren’t very clean. They do not open utensils for each customer. And don’t get me started on the cheese grater that has never been washed. Planned to get a traditional pedicure and manicure w/gel. By the time my pedicure was “finished” I told them to just manicure my nails and apply clear polish bc I was ready to GO! I sat with my feet in the pedicure bowl for nearly 20 minutes before my feet were touched. $25 pedicure did not include any type of soap/foot wash! And NO lotion or oil was applied afterward. Literally soaked my feet in water, pumiced my feet (no soap), cut my cuticles, and polished my toes. What? When I told the guy ringing me out, his response was “oh sorry”. I also told him that my nails weren’t even polished on the sides, he said “it’s clear polish”. Does this give the okay to not polish my full nail?? Then I told him it’s a different price on the website than what he is charging me, he says “that’s old, from previous owners”. Horrible nail shop.
