The royal palm location was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Jackie did a micro needling treatment on my face neck & chest. The experience was pleasantly not painful. Jackie explained everything to me in great detail. I definitely will be back.

If I could give “0” stars, I would! Most deplorable place ever!!! I felt like I was going through a fast food restaurant except it costs over $500! The injector Melanie and Jennifer speak so fast, you feel like they just want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. What is even the worst, Melanie created a contusion right below my eye with her aggressiveness after she hit an artery in my face!! A picture speaks a thousand words, look at the pic attached! If you don’t want to look like this, then avoid this place like the plague. What is most disconcerting of all, after inuring my face, they did not want to give me any compromise for my inconvenience of having the vend off my colleagues and clients who now think I am a victim of domestic violence. Yes, even the owner, Bill Clarke was just willing to give me “lip service” instead of a reprieve, what a coward! Stay away, bad clinicians, and the worst customer service, as well as, business sense I have ever experienced!

The Venus Med Spa in Wellington is great. I get Dysport injections every 3 months at this location by Melissa. She always makes me feel comfortable and there is hardly any pain, if at all, compared to when I have had it done at other places. The prices are good and the staff are friendly, highly recommended.
