I write this after her Covid-19 re-opening and she now takes extra care with mask, gloves, safety glasses and a face shield. At no point does she need to touch you, and she even has a special tool to make sure the mask stays on but she can still cut the hair around the ears.Elaine is always friendly and does a great job on my asian thicker and slightly curly hair.
