I can’t say enough great things about this salon, the ladies do such an amazing job, each time I need a refill, full set, and pedicure they slay my nails. They take time to make sure I’m happy with the designs and don’t rush me like other salons do. I always get compliments on my nails. They charge me such an amazing price for such beautiful work.

I LOVE the nails Erica did for me. I called for a last minute appointment for the holiday with a very specific request and she did right by me. The shop vibe was kind and friendly, and I was given a Christmas gift at the end of my appointment. 320 is my new go-to! These nails were 85$ and refills I’m told are 30-40$ Acrylic nails

I have been looking for a new salon and I found it. I called a week prior, with 4 mani pedi appointments, one being a bride. I didn’t know what to expect. The owner had hugs, bride cups, snacks and a sash ready for us when we walked in. Super relaxing and friendly. I normally felt rushed at prior salons, these ladies genuinely took their time with every service. All of our nails were exactly what we wanted and more. As a two person team, they killed it.

I’m in the area from MD for business and needed my nails done in a BAD way!!! See the before pics I looked up places near my hotel and office and came across 320 Nail Studio…. I didn’t catch the name of the technician that did my nails but she was AMAZING!!! She was fast but did a phenomenal job! This would definitely be my “go to” nail salon if I lived here!

I’m in love with my nails, I went for first time yesterday to this place with my cousin , I’m a really piky costumer, I love when someone take the time to do the best for you and this girls were amazing, my cousin do her pedi and mani and it was a really nice job, I do my eyebrows and mani and love them both, the girl I got it’s named ericka and she was really nice and polite with me! Definitely coming back!

I will not be back. Called this morning to see if they had any availability around 5pm. She asked if I could come earlier in the day (I worked until 4). I told her it’s okay if she can’t take the appointment today (I could always call around) yet she told me to come and took it anyway also asked me if I could arrive any earlier to please do so. Me and my mom showed up at 4:40pm I was booked for a pedicure and a polish change on my nails. My mom was just getting a basic manicure. We literally sat there for an hour after arriving while they worked on other guests. When it was our turn we were so blatantly rushed it was unbelievable.. my pedicure literally took 15 minutes my feet were barely in the water she went right to trimming and painting and off I went. They must have forgot that we just sat there and watch them work on other people for an hour. My nails were rushed as well I was charged $30 for a polish change (I did get gel) and you could still see my old polish underneath. As soon as her next appointment came in me and my mom were being rushed out the door my moms nails looked like a five year old painted them. We go to pay and she charges me $80. Mind you there is no signage at all with any pricing or any type of service list anywhere believe me I was sitting there staring at a blank wall for a while waiting! I pay on my card and tip $15 cash I go to leave she stops me and says she charged me wrong and it should have been $90 and then asks me for 10 more dollars! Saying that she forgot to charge me for her taking off Gel Fee!! Now I’ve heard of that in some salons but again there’s no pricing displayed plus if you make a $10 mistake as a business owner you really should be eating that instead of making your new potential clients feel uncomfortable and like I’m being scammed or something!! I will never go back and little does this lady know I am a local and I will tell everybody my honest experience there!! it’s really sad I went here specifically to support small business in my area and I feel totally jipped ☹️ Bad Way to run a business

First and last time ever going there. Called to make an apt they told me come in as soon as I could so I did. Got there, only two girls working both on one girl so I had to wait a little… fine. I had dip on my nails and they made me sit there for 45 mins to soak them off….I’ve been getting dip for 3 years never had to do that. A girl came in after me and was able to get her nails done and finished. Then they took a walk in before they even started putting dip on my nails. I had to leave because I had other things to do. The whole reason I called was to see if they had time to do my nails not waste my time. Extremely unprofessional. Didn’t even allow them to do the dip and left…. With still some of the old dip on my nail….
