The manicurist cut my cuticle so badly that it was still bleeding after two rounds of styptic liquid (which I had to request he apply, since he tried to just keep going). He then painted the gel color over the drying blood and cured it into the nail. This was my bridal manicure. It was uneven and incredibly disappointing. I don’t like to make waves, but I was so upset by the finished product that my fiancé brought me back to the salon and asked someone to fix them. She did her best, but the acrylic application was so thick and bumpy that it was hard to fix without completely removing the nails and redoing the whole thing.

This was my first visit of many, I am sure! They were very busy, but moved quickly and greeted everyone who entered. I intended on getting acrylic nails (it’s been a very long time since I last got my nails done), but my tech, Lily, took the time to explain what SNS dip powder was and how much better it is for your nails. I was very appreciative of her kindness and she did a beautiful job on my nails.

I never know why i try some of the places I’m recommended. The guy stabbed me 3 different times. I told him that hurt every time. He didn’t even get all the polish from before off my toes before putting new polish on. He seemed like he was having a bad day or something but will not be back and will not recommend to anyone. This is the nicest, cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been to. The shop was beautifuly set up, and the technicians were so nice and eager to make sure I was comfortable and happy. This will be my nail salon from now on. I work hard and deserve to treat myself. This was so enjoyable. It made my day. Thank you for a job well done. Yall are amazing.

Very nice people, placewas not clean, the lady that did my pedi was absolutely wonderful, then I was handed off to a guy whom painted my toes and it was awful, they didn’t even paint my nails after they removed my solar paint.

Seemed like the employees weren’t happy to be busy. They “tag teamed” and neither did a good job. What was supposed to be relaxing was uncomfortable. The lady who did my pedicure was lovely, however.

I absolutely love this nail salon and all the nail techs are GREAT!! I’ve been going here since I moved to Cartersville 5 years ago and will not go anywhere else! I’m very picky when it comes to my nails but this place has never let me down!! Definitely recommend!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

316 Nails was very nice when they opened a few years ago. As time has passed the salon has become dirty and unsanitary. They rush to get as many clients done as possible and it shows in their work.

Amazing nail salon, I’ve gone here twice and seen Lauren and Mary both do an amazing job! Extremely friendly staff! I drive an hour and will continue to drive just to come here, great pricing too! Another amazing thing they do here is the manager walks around and is always checking up on you offering water and cookies etc. The service here goes beyond expectations. Simply amazing!

I always love coming here to get my nails done. Do I drive across town specifically for this salon? Yes, yes I do. It’s absolutely worth it. The staff are all very friendly and the owner is always making sure you’re comfortable and enjoying your visit. He will even offer you soda if you’d like! They do a fantastic job for a fantastic price, I highly recommend this salon for your mani-pedis. Note: Salon can be found next to the Italian resturant, not by the physical therapy at the end of the complex!
