I was impressed with this nail place. Its clean white esthetics, make it feel very upscale. First time appointment made online, when I showed up it was an easy sign in. I had KEN, who was kind, gentle and could tell he had experience. I wanted a simple pink nail with white hearts, they had an abundance of dip and no chip colors to choose from. My only complaint was it was freezing in there, even the employees were dressed in big winter jackets. It would have been 5 stars if it was warmer and more comfortable. I will definitely be a return customer!

I came in for Dip Manicure today. Kan did my nails and he did fantastic job as always. I traveled after him from the one location to the other! When I called this morning the wheeling location and was told that he did move to the Arlington heights location. He is worth the travel and changing the spa location. The Nails Salon is beautiful, very clean and this is very important when they work on my nails. Simply to say I have been to so many places but this is one of my favorite. Plus staff are very nice. The boss is very friendly to his employee and to the customers. Thank you so much Kan!

I decided to run this place put as it just opened by me and it was great! I got a classic pedicure and a dip manicure. My nails looks beautiful and I’ve had them done for a week and it still looks brand new! The salon was very modern, spacious and clean. The staff were warm and welcoming. The prices were VERY comparable if not better than other salons I’ve been to. I definitely recommend!

I am not one to share experiences good or bad but I was pretty bummed. As a full time working mom it’s really hard to get out for anything really. I went for a pedicure and they techs did not know what was going on. I asked for deluxe Pedicure. They had 3-4 techs sitting and kept handing me off. Then finally one started but ended up doing a very rushed pedicure and later I asked is this is deluxe she said no. So not only it was the basic it was one of the most rushed and incomplete pedicures I have had.
