Acupuncture
Acupuncture with Brian Kelly: Brian has been practicing acupuncture for over 11 years and is a graduate of the prestigious Tri-State College of Acupuncture, where he earned his masters degree in acupuncture. During his education, he learned three distinct styles of acupuncture: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM); Acupuncture Physical Medicine (APM), based on the the work of the late Dr. Janet Travell; and KM style acupuncture, developed by Japanese acupuncture master Kiiko Matsumoto. He mentored for two years with the late Japanese acupuncture master Keichi Murata. Murata Sensei began his acupuncture training at the age of 16 under the tutelage of his uncle who was also a successful Japanese acupuncturist. Healing Sound Mediation Class
Allow the healing sound of Crystal Singing Bowls, The Didgeridoo, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Pyramids, Bells, Tingshas, and chanting to raise your vibration, balance and harmonize body and mind to allow you to delve deeper into your own inner stillness and well being.​​Crystal Bowl & Didgeridoo Meditation is an hour session of Healing Sound. Manual Lymphatic Drainage
During a lymph drainage massage, a specially-trained massage therapist uses a series of gliding, compressing, stretching, and cupping motions over the client’s body. The light rhythmic movements, applied without massage oil, stimulate the lymphatic system without compressing the vessels – allowing lymph to move easily through the tissues and lymph nodes. MLD follows a specific sequence over the body so lymph isn’t trapped anywhere, making sure every area is treated with care. Lymphatic drainage, or lymph massage, is a gentle approach that focuses on the top layers of tissues for the enhancement of lymphatic circulation. At its most basic, lymph drainage can help clients improve metabolism, regenerate body tissue, normalize organ function, and boost the immune system. Used in conjunction with massage therapy, lymph drainage is likely to benefit clients in general good health. I had my first Brazilian body sculpting massage with Marilyn. She is amazing! She explained everything before we started: the process, benefits and aftercare. I felt really comfortable right away. My brazilian personal trainer recommended me to get this type of massage since I started a more intense workout plan. He said it would benefit me in terms of muscle recovery, along with other amazing benefits that comes with it. In Brazil, they call it “brazilian lymphatic drainage”. In my opinion, the technique is the same as the Brazilian Body Sculpting that Marilyn offers which she uses a lot of pressure stimulating lymphatic drainage, aiming for detox, and offers the same wonderful benefits as the Brazilian massage.

What an amazing place. I am new to Bayside and followed 3 elements in instagram for several months before booking an appt. I’ve been there 3 times so far, first for a lymphatic massage, then a massage and most recent a Hyrdrafacial. Francisco is by far the best massage therapist I’ve seen, he offered great advice for managing my chronic pain. I saw Marilyn for the lymphatic massage and she explained the process in great details since it was my first time scheduling this service. She is also a great aesthetician, the hydrafacial was amazing. This will be my go to place for future services. Thank you Francisco and Marilyn.

I have passed this place so many times and my friend said she liked it there so I finally checked out their website. They had good prices as well. I totally lucked out! I just went to Juanpaulo for 90 minutes and I am super impressed! I am pretty picky but I knew immediately that this massage would be really good. It was my first time going to 3Elements. I had a doctor appointment just 2 blocks down the road, saw them on social media and signed up for a yoga class with Teresa today. Teresa was extremely welcoming and personable. Her class was wonderful and relaxing. I went in feeling tight and stiff, but walked out feeling so much better after her class. Definately recommend and look forward to returning.
