I’ve been a customer for two years. I’m technician moved. I went in for my appointment & had Anna do my dip. She spent the whole time on the phone speaking Vietnamese. She cut me. My nails were very thick & sloppy. I returned 3 weeks later to have them removed & buffed. She used a drill to remove them, leaving them rough. I showed them to the manager & she said they were fine. I said said, so you let people walk out of your shop like this? She agreed to finish taking the dip off. My nails are badly damaged. The edges are torn. I will not return. I hesitated to write this but didn’t want anyone else to have my experience.

They stayed open for me, because they still had a salon full of people. The girl who did my nails I feel like rushed through them, she did a decent job did everything I asked for. Few minor dislikes but nothing to complain about. They did not life and stayed shiny longer than any other powder dip manicure I’ve had from other salons. So that was really a plus. Friendly atmosphere. Will go back sometime.

The pedicure here was and is by far the best that I’ve ever had, the pedicure massage chair and service was top tier. I get my feet done all over the country, since my company has me travel a lot. I am super sad to be writing this review because I have been a good, happy customer for a year now, but I am very disappointed. I got my nails redone by Hanna on January 11th (acrylic nails). That next Wednesday, January 15th, I had two of the acrylics break off and a third nail cracked at the bottom. I get stuff happens and I have horses which can be hard on nails so I just let it go. I had to work up until Tuesday January 21st. I called into the shop that day and told her what had happened. She tried saying I would need a full rebase done. I said no that I just need 3 nails fixed. She asked if I could come in that day and I asked if she had anything the next Tuesday as I had work and a death in the family. She said there was no way I could wait that long and needed to come in that Tuesday or the next day. I made an appointment for Wednesday January 22nd at 6:45 pm. I left work on Wednesday and headed up there. I got there at 6:15 pm and the lights were all off, the door was locked, and the open sign was off. I waited just incase they had stepped out for a moment, but we waited until 7:00 pm and still nothing. I called and no answer. I left a voicemail saying I had an appointment, but they were closed, even though they close at 7pm on the day I was there. We left and still no one has returned my call to apologize or try and reschedule. It sucks big time. I loved going there, but unfortunately I am going to have to find a new place as no one will return my phone call. It could of been handled a lot differently. They had my contact information and could of called if something came up that forced them to close early. Super, super disappointed. 🙁

Tammy did my lashes yesterday! On top of her doing an amazing job, and being so quick, she was the sweetest thing ever! I’m definitely getting my lashes filled her, and gonna have her start doing my rebases on my nails as well! All in all, absolutely great experience!
