Critical: ProfessionalismI have no quibble with the stylists, as a matter of fact, Kelli is terrific. I’d recommend her to anyone. It’s the company I have a problem with. I bought a small purse/big wallet there and needed to return it the next day as the credit card slots were so tight I couldn’t get the cards in or out. That’s when the trouble began. At first they weren’t going to let me return it at all. Then they tell me I can exchange it for retail items but not services and I had to do it right then. In the end I was generously allowed to put the money on my account to use on retail items—like I want to buy anything else from them. As to other unbusiness like practices, they charge by the hour so they can’t tell you how much a service will cost. Then you get charged, say $200.00, but the receipt has no break down so you still don’t know what you’re paying for. If you ask, they don’t know.
