We’ve been going to the same hairdresser, Darnelle, for about a decade. She has been at this location for a few years now. It’s not a fancy salon, but her prices are fair. I love that she is willing to do the hair styles and fashion colors my girls want! We went to NYC in November and people were stopping my oldest daughter to tell her how cool her hair is! I was growing my hair out for years. Darnelle always respected that and would only take the amount of that I would ask. I had my thyroid removed earlier this year and lost quite a bit of my hair while my body was stabilizing. I had looked at different hairstyles and decided to go with one that would keep some length, but help with the fact that I have half the hair I did. She did on awesome job on the cut and I’ve received so many compliments. We haven’t used anyone else there, so I can’t speak on them.

Rebecca Shuptrine is the best beautician at 2nd Street Barbour Shop and Salon, in my opinion! I’ve been going to her for about 8 years and enjoy each visit!

I love this local salon. My stylist, Rebecca, is so great with ideas and products for handling super thick, coarse hair. She is the best! I have taken my father-in-law to this salon as well and the other stylists were terrific with him too!

Beyond great experience! Mason is amazing! This is my go-to salon for all services I need from now on. Color touch-ups, haircuts for myself and all of my kiddos, and husband, brow waxing, everything! The cosmetologists are beyond kind, and best of all-they listen to what I want and help me figure out what would look great! They are true talented artists in their career!!
