Good haircut, but often fires clients for no reason. Its also hard to get on the schedule. He’s good at what he does, but one day out of the blue after several haircuts, Shane texted me, said I wasn’t a good fit and cancelled all of my future appointments. I shouldn’t have been surprised since he talked about doing this to other clients all the time while cutting my hair. Saw him the other day and he wouldn’t even acknowledge me. You’re better off somewhere else.

While I can’t speak for how well he cuts hair, I can say he must have enough clients because I texted and called to try to schedule cut with design for my 7 year old son’s birthday and got no response. When he finally answered he was straight up rude and dismissive. Said he could do the cut but wouldn’t. I asked for the first available, would’ve taken anything, he said no. No explanation, nothing. Must have some loyal clients to treat new potentials this way. My son was pretty heartbroken that he couldn’t have his special hair cut for his birthday. He may be good but bad character is enough for me to steer clear. Karma.
