First of all, I love that you can make an appointment online. So I was looking for a place to have my wedding nails done. I rarely get my nails done and I wanted to try Gel X. I saw 2EM had great reviews and some designs on Yelp similar to what I was looking for. Candy had many great reviews so I decided to book with her. She did not disappoint! Very nice, patient, and talented. My fiancé couldn’t believe someone had painted my nail design. Thank you Candy!

This is my third time going to this nail salon and each time I get more impressed by their cleanliness professionalism and friendly customer service. My favorite nail technician is Cindy. She is fantastic at her craft. She knows exactly what I like and listens to me which I really appreciate as a customer as other places just do the bare minimum and could care less what you think. Not at 2EM!! They care about their customers and want them to return. I got gel manicure and paint this time and as usual my nails look beautiful. They offer 10% discount if you pay cash and they gave me a Xmas present. How thoughtful are they!!! Love this place so much I make the drive all the way from 29 Palms which is near Joshua Tree for those of you who don’t know how far I drive!!! Cindy is totally worth it!! She works 6 days a week off on Mondays.

I just recently moved back to Orange County and needed to find a new nail salon. After trying another close to my house in Laguna Niguel and not being satisfied I found 2em and I am so glad I did. I went Friday for a dip with katie and a pedicure and it was fabulous and the salon is not only gorgeous and super clean. The staff is very friendly, katie did my nails exactly as I said and my technician who did my pedicure was firm massaging and did a great job. I even broke a nail Sunday morning and called them and they fixed it immediately at no charge. I love this salon and would highly recommend it to anyone. Especially a girl who wants dip, they do a great job.

I’m so happy this place reopened under new management after the pandemic! It’s terrific to have such a great salon in the neighborhood. Clean, relaxing, friendly, great choices and I can honestly say the best manicure I’ve ever had. I appreciated the help choosing the color and it looked great and lasted over three weeks without chipping while I was on vacation. I am a totally loyal customer now.

I really enjoyed my gel manicure and signature pedicure. The ladies were friendly, did a great job and gave great massages. I don’t love sitting there for a long time so I’m so happy that they were quick yet did a great job. Pay for the extra massage- it’s worth it! Walked out feeling better than when I walked in. I’m happy to have found a new nail spot closer to home- I’ll definitely be going back.

I’m posting this for my wife who was recently serviced by Diane and Tina. As a mother you want to relax and step away from the chaos for a bit, that is not what she got here. Instead she was met with an annoyed staff that rushed her experience. Everything she did seemed to annoy the staff, she didn’t have energy to push back so she walked out of there with the sparkly purple nail polish (staff was ensuring her it was blue..) that is fit for a 13 year old. If you desire decent service and to relax, this isn’t the place.

I throughly enjoyed my appointment at 2EM Nail Salon. The woman at the front was very welcoming. The salon was very clean! Kim chi did my nails and they came out fantastic!! She was gentle, I didn’t have any pain after the buffing or anything(which I usually get with other places). They even offered water which was pretty nice. Would totally stop by again!

I had one of the most best experience’s i’ve ever received from a nail salon today! She was so friendly and struck up so many conversations with me to where we were both laughing and having such a great time. She paid so much attention to detail and did an amazing job on my nails. I am not one to get manicures at all because my nails are so thin but I wanted to get a gel manicure for vacation. They explained everything in detail and all the possible options to help protect my nails. Very nice job. Then all I had was American Express card (not accepted there) and they trusted me to go home and bring back payment. I will definitely go back. Thank you
