This is probably the most overpriced worse experience I ever had at a nail salon. First off, $50 for a regular nail polish pedicure?! This is the only nail salon I will go. A married couple runs this place. I’ve gone to 2 other nail shops in 29 palms, and I ended up walking out because the customer service was terrible, I guess they get SO much business that they can afford to ignore potential customers.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went in for a bikini wax.. the woman was rude and rushed the wax. I have been getting waxed for years. This was unusually extremely painful. I was crying. She said it was because I was fat. Then when I got home and was able to see what she had done, I was livid. I was swollen and bright red. I love my nails! But not my eyebrows. I felt like the lady that did them was rushing me out since they were closing soon. It seemed as if she didn’t do anything to my eyebrows and yet I still paid. As soon as I came in the nail salon the manager told the lady to do my brows and she was giving him looks and hand gesture that she didn’t want to do my eyebrows.
