This is the best place I have ever gotten my nails done at. I showed a photo of what I wanted and she did exactly that and even better to be honest. If you go there the girl I had, had short black hair and glasses. I didn’t get her name. She focused on what she was doing and didn’t finish until it was perfect. I got compliments on my nails before I even left the store.

Horrible customer service! I’ve had my nails done here 5 times. I spend over 100$ on just my full sets each time. The nails are never shaped all the same. I went back and asked for someone else to shape my current set and was treated very rudely. I believe they were even talking about me. And they always ask for a tip. Normally I tip them but not today. Rude as hell never again!

Critical: QualityI feel bad writing a review but I feel like my nails look terrible. The nail tech didn’t listen to what I wanted. She cut nails way too short and the shape is all wrong. Looks nothing like picture I showed or what I asked for. Also very rushed at end. Gel looks bubbled in spots and some tips were left jagged. I had to file my own nails after I went to get my nails done lol. Also huge lack of customer service as far as making people feel welcomed. It’s comical how bad of an experience it was. Gave it two stars cause it was atleast a funny story to tell and maybe I just caught them on a really bad day although it did seem like the lady next to me was having some issues as well. I feel bad writing a review but I feel like my nails look terrible. The nail tech didn’t listen to what I wanted. She cut nails way too short and the shape is all wrong. They do a pretty fair job on my toe nails (and my nails are really bad) I usually get one of the therapy or special extra care selections for my feet at least every two weeks.

I’ve been here before and they did a decent job on my acrylics due to my normal place being too packed. They did a great job with safety during this virus. However, I specifically got a pedicure because Of the callous removal. After finishing and drying my toes I noticed my heels still had calluses on them. My feet aren’t bad at all typically it’s something I can do myself but being pregnant I can’t reach and it’s nice to get it done. I was definitely not satisfied with their work this time around. And definitely more expensive then my normal nail salon that is currently still closed thanks to Corona.
