My experience was awful. I’ve never been to a salon where I was so anxious to get out of the chair. The hairbrush that was used tore half my hair out and looked like it had been bought at the dollar tree and chewed up by a dog. Being tender headed and already thinning hair from color I left with wet hair and was terrified! The dark highlights I got were decent but the haircut and overall experience was the worst. 160$ later and half my hair yanked out I ran out the door in tears I’ll never go back!
