Worst hair coloring of my life! Went in asking for one thing walked out with something completely different! Had to go back the next day because hair looked like a penny. When I got there the next day the same girl worked on my hair again except this time it took her 3 hours and then she had a full on panic attack as she was blow drying my hair so she hands me the hair dryer for me to finish drying my own hair and I’m already running late to pick up my son so as I’m drying my hair I notice she didn’t take the hair color all the way to the roots and I still have big chunks of copper all around my hairline, so I point it out and she hands me 2 packets of whatever the hell it was and said do this at home, so I finished drying my hair I walk out with my hair in a frizzy mess. Once I get home I immediately put the stuff on my hair and it does nothing! so I have to go back up there and have some one else that works there fix her mistake. By the time it was finally fixed my hair felt like straw!! And this all costed me $165.00! Never going back!!
