This salon stays exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very convienient with 24 hour access and is priced exceptionally well and way below the competitors in the area. The bulbs are changed like clock work. Over all and most importantly. The owner is very in-tune with the salon and stays on top of things daily. The service is beyond expectations and I highly recommend this salon from someone who has tanned at many different salons over the past 20 years. Def. On point!

I cannot believe it was just me. I had a 6 month paid in full level 3 membership and after 3 months new owners took over. After the new owners came in I heard the excuses that the previous manager, and previous employees make all these mistakes but the computer say this…..all a bunch of excuses and lies and they refused to honor the level 3 membership. They said I could use the level 1. I said I did not buy a level 1. I showed the “manager” the receipt and she wanted to take it from me (I refused to let her, as this is my only proof). I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and 24Hr Tan even refused to respond to them! Evidently, the same folks that have connections with the gym and the other Watkinsville tanning salon have entered into some partnership. In fairness to all of the other customers, be very watchful of the business practices of this company. I know that I will never be back! I’ve looked around and there are several MUCH CLEANER salons, and a couple are actually cheaper and wont give them access to your checking account.
