Donna understood the assignment. I came in with various examples of what I was wanting from my haircut. She let me know what would work for me and gave great input and asked good questions. She also made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. In the end, I had exactly the haircut I wanted – she made sure that I was 100% satisfied before I left. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes before she even said anything to me, asked me what I was waiting for. I said I’m wanting my hair cut before work. She proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t take walkins; even though her Google page says she does. She also says she isn’t taking new clients either. I had to bike down the road to Susan’s Salon to get my hair cut she did a great job.
