Sadly I can’t speak of the quality of the haircuts only the lack of professionalism. I did call kind of last minute for an appointment but they said they could fit me in at 12:30 the same day. I showed up on time for my appointment and they told me the barber was running behind. I agreed to wait and sat down. After a half hour the barber didn’t appear to be close to being finished with the client he was working on so I left. My doctor has never kept me waiting a half hour and he went to school for eight years.

All the barbers are very welcoming and cool to talk too. I get my haircuts from Rashad. I’ve been going to him for years and not once have I got out of the chair disappointed. He listens to exactly what you want to have done and does it perfectly every time. If you don’t know what you want he offers suggestions and makes sure you leave looking better than when you came in. The attention to detail is awesome.

Scheduled a cut but was surprised when I showed up that the barber was not there. I was surprised since he accepted my appointment. Turns out he bailed on my appointment to go cut a private call without notifying me. I only found this out from his colleagues after I drove out to the shop and wasted my time.
