I asked for a vintage half-moon style and they were meticulous in getting it just right! I cannot recommend them enough! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSuch an amazing salon! Both times I’ve been here, my manicure is quality and done extremely well. It is 100% worth the price, and reasonable compared to other salons while being located in cherry creek. Always a great atmosphere and never crowded, which makes it a relaxing experience. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBEWARE. After reading a number of reviews, looks like other “paying” guests shared the same experience. Poor quality and rude management, when asked to repair poor work.Response: I will be reporting to BBB and hope the representatives can review the tape and your false acquisitions!!!! They’ve been “actively” in business since May 2020…. only 1+ Year.Note: Google does not allow you to respond to owner responses therefore you have to delete and rewrite. The nail that peeled off when i went in was not one of the nails that completely came off in the next 2-3 days (which clearly has not only happened to me, but multiple people).Take responsibility as a business owner.I walked in very kindly and when I asked to repair my nail the front desk lady (most likely the Mom of technician) without the use of the nail machine on my nail, as to not get damaged … she then scraped my nail so hard with the file to hurt me, I told her to stop (No yelling, just requested to stop the work) and have the “technician” next to her redo my nail. At this point I was told they didn’t have time to do my nail. It takes 5 minutes. Clearly the owner response and other reviews shows their lack of professionalism and quality. Just look at the other reviews.The person responding has done my nails once very poorly and is upset that I went to her employee and now accusing me of poor behavior shameful.(I will be requesting my money back now) and reporting. Which I have never in my life had to do.Initial Review.(Not sure what product they use when they do gel manicure, but I’ve now gone 2-3x (the technician Lily was nice the reason why I decided to try this place again) and each time the shellac peeled off within days. This last time my nail polish came off within one day, not acceptable. Anyone who does gel knows the nail polish lasts at least two weeks. Waste of money, be careful. Not only expensive, but horrible product. And last time I went to get my nails fixed the 2 women there (not the original technician) were extremely rude when I tried to get my nails fixed.I should have requested my money back and looked at the reviews beforehand. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got a full set of gel-x nails and they did an amazing job! Definitely worth the money. This is a gem of Denver. I especially liked how all of the employees were genuinely warm and accommodating. My nail tech was a perfectionist and made sure all of my nails came out perfectly even. Some may not like this but…I have to use a service dog. I brought a blanket for her to lay on at my feet so there weren’t any dog hairs on the floor. In the middle of the service, I had to excuse us to go outside because she had to go to the bathroom. It was a little awkward for me, but they were so understanding I felt accepted for my health problems, and for needing at take care of my service dog. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of that. No judgmental looks, no comments…and did I mention my nails came out beautiful and perfect? I highly recommend this salon.
