Due to COVID I waited outside the shop as the sign on the door stated. It was three hours before closing time, ad posted on the door. After waiting for about 15 minutes, a man opened the door and said. “We can’t cut your hair, all the barbers are gone.” Unprofessional in every way. I do not plan to ever go back. I have been going there for 3 yrs. My hair stylist has a booth in this barbershop. Christy is a great stylist. The shop also caters to men and is always busy. Very friendly and a nice place to go and feel very comfortable and you walk out looking good. located in Mint Hill.,Katie
