Positive: Communication, ProfessionalismFor most of my life, I never found a great hair salon with such professional hairdressers & artists in my life, until I found 212 Salon ‍♀️ the moment I sat down in Carol’s chair, I knew my hair was in good hands! Carol is always pleasant to speak with and provides great insight on different types of hair products for me to use. Overall, the staff is quite lovely and make you feel right at home. For most of my life, I never found a great hair salon with such professional hairdressers & artists in my life, until I found 212 Salon ‍♀️ the moment I sat down in Carol’s chair, I knew my hair was in good hands! Carol is always pleasant to speak with and provides great insight on different types of hair products for me to use. Overall, the staff is quite lovely and make you feel right at home. I’ve passed 212 Salon many times and thought what a beautiful place it looked like. When I entered I was cheerfully greeted and was impressed by all the Covid protocols. My hairdresser Carol listened to my story and gave me a cut and color I love. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me options on the color and style. I had the same hairdresser for 20+ years. She moved away so I needed to find a new one. You can imagine how stressful that is! I’ve passed 212 Salon many times and thought what a beautiful place it looked like. When I entered I was cheerfully greeted and was impressed by all the Covid protocols. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was prepared to write a positive review because I believe in supporting businesses, especially throughout the pandemic, but unfortunately I had one of the worst experiences here as a client that I’ve ever had in any establishment. I booked an appointment in advance as a returning client for both my mother and I, but when we arrived for it, early might I add, we were told there was not enough time, were rushed through our appointment, and were literally told “you’re wasting my time” by a stylist named Carol. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat clients. The worst treatment and service from a “professional” who ruined what should have otherwise been a positive experience we had much anticipated.
