I’m allergic to most products so i’m so relieved to have found this place that knows how to use the right products for clients that are allergic to bond and acrylics. Went to get dipping powder and the guy put on acrylic!!!! When contacting the store they expected me to go back so they could see what was on (I was at another store getting my nails redone because it had been 2-3 weeks) the guy on the phone said my nails shouldn’t last 3 weeks?!?! You got to be kidding me… This might be the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’m not kidding by any means. The place is absolutely beautiful. The music played is very good. The prices are outstanding. The cleanliness is fantastic. It’s the best massage chair I’ve had in it very long time and this comes from a guy that is experienced a bunch of pedicures and is very selective. If you want the best this is the place to come to. If you go anywhere else in the Sarasota-Bradenton area then you are completely crazy. Come here for the best service and the best price. And you might just get to meet their mascot. I can’t say anything more.

I recommend this nail business. Very clean, professional and timely. I was offered a refreshment upon sitting down . My attendant started my pedicure on time and never wandered off to start someone else’s or handle the front desk, she stayed and did a fabulous pedicure and massage for 1 hour. Highly recommend! I love the owner and have been going there for years. Have sent tons of friends and family to them. Always had a great experience and very thorough pedicures, until last week. I never caught her name but she didn’t give me (and my feet), the type of service I’m used to. One of my heels still very rough and her attitude changed when I just wanted my birthday gift of a regular pedi and not all the extras that they offer now. I am used to excellent service here and walked out disappointed and unappreciated. We need the Betty’s back.

I love the staff and owners here! Ms. Betty is my go to for relaxing services! The deluxe pedicure is my favorite; it’s phenomenal! I get a glass of wine, great conversation, aromatherapy, super long massage and awesome customer service. I’ve been there many times over the years and I always get incredible service. I never feel rushed even though they are packed with guests waiting.
