Critical: QualityI made an appointment hoping it to be with Kayla because I’ve had Kayla cut mine and my kids hair for last 4-5 years. Instead Abbi cut my youngests hair completely ignoring my mom who brought her in. Next morning my daughter looks like she took scissors to her own hair(which she didn’t), the spot that was cut you can clearly still see. I made an appointment hoping it to be with Kayla because I’ve had Kayla cut mine and my kids hair for last 4-5 years. Instead Abbi cut my youngests hair completely ignoring my mom who brought her in. Next morning my daughter looks like she took scissors to her own hair(which she didn’t), the spot that was cut you can clearly still see. It just looks horrible.
