The owner is so pushy and rude, the guy did my nails did terrible job it looks like I’ve done them 2 weeks and looks like they are grown already. This photo is taken right after my visit. The rest of my nails are just as bad if not worse. Wast of time and money, do your self a favor and don’t go there. Does these pictures looks like I just left their Solon?

The woman here was incredibly rude. I ended up leaving before I even sat down to get my nails done. I’ve hardly had my nails done in my life and I had a few questions about gel vs acrylics. She was incredibly rude to me and basically told me to figure it out myself and then muttered in Vietnamese under her breath. She was rude from the moment she looked up and saw me. And her demeanor was noticeably different with me than the other few customers that were there. I really don’t get it. I was very courteous and I only had 2 questions. I will never return.

Very rough. Rude. Ran cold water- I point it out and she adds 10 secs worth of hot water which did nothing. I don’t know what they were saying to each other but it appeared the workers/owner were fighting. Never seen such a small amount of sugar scrub(potent Kmart perfume smell)- and small amount of some sort of clay leg rub. No drinks offered. Never again. Victorias in Leesburg or USA nails in Winchester are worth the drive.

I called to make an appointment 3 days prior and when I arrived there were only 2 mail techs with 7 other clients waiting. I have never had the fastest nail appointment in my life until today. Super rushed and not relaxing what so ever. As I was being rushed the 2 techs were allowing more walk-ins. I guess this place prefers quantity of quality- not coming back.

Waited in the manicure seat for 25 minutes before a nail tech got to me. My nails were filed jaggedly and on weird diagonals/uneven lengths, and the nail tech clipped two of my cuticles and made me bleed. No one had gloves on, and the tech working on my friend a few seats down had open sores and some sort of skin disorder which was touching her while he worked on her hands. This place seriously needs a look from the Health Department. Do not recommend. Gross.
