As a woman, walking in a barbershop can feel awkward but both Markand his colleague greeted and welcomed me. The shop was exceptionally clean and COVID-19 precautions were taken. One star for customer service. I called around 10:45am and who ever answered was talking to me in a low tone and didn’t sound very professional. I was told to come by in 30 min and i showed up about 20 minutes later and the shop was closed. No sign of anyone ever opening it for the day. So i checked google and they should have been open by 9am. I see quite a few barbershops that treat their business like it’s their moms house. This should be a professionally ran business that opens on time and answers the phone in a clear, polite, professional manner. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but i had my 2 year old with me and them not being open when they should have and telling me to come by when they weren’t even there themselves was a big inconvenience to me and they lost what could have been a consistent customer.
