Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI have been going to this salon for years! My stylist has helped my hair go from dry and damaged to healthy and shiny! When I came to her, my hair was at home colored brown and was unmanageable. I had previously gone orange and put brown over it. This stylist educated me on how to resuscitate my hair AND got it to a wonderful shade of red that I am in love with!She also take the time to get to know you on a personal level and really cares about your every day life! I have found its always awkward going to for a hair cut bc of annoying small talk but with her its always a easy and pleasant conversation!The price is incredibly reasonable considering I have long, thick year. I also buy and use any at home product she recommends and never spend more the $200.00 (products and tip included!).I will never go to any other salon! I have been going to this salon for years! My stylist has helped my hair go from dry and damaged to healthy and shiny! When I came to her, my hair was at home colored brown and was unmanageable. I had previously gone orange and put brown over it. This stylist educated me on how to resuscitate my hair AND got it to a wonderful shade of red that I am in love with!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI only had my nails done, but this is a full service salon. The nail tech buffed my entire finger, I left with bleeding cuticles, I had acrylic on my skin in many places, acrylic was a different thickness on every nail, When I asked the tech to fix it she told me it would be fine later and to not worry, my nails were lopsided because acrylic was super thin on one side and thick on the other half of my nail. My fingers were BURNING when I left. One of the worst nail technicians I have been to, she was more concerned with her conversations than the work she was doing. I Left with no polish, only acrylic and had to go to another nail salon to get my nails fixed.I only had my nails done, but this is a full service salon.
