I went to get a regular pedicure and powder dip manicure. The manicure came out really bad. There is polish on my cuticles and around my finger that is hardened with the dip and will not come off unless I go in to get it taken off. I’ll be going somewhere else to get them removed and redone this week.

I went in half an hour after opening. I was a walk in. There was no line or wait. I was seated right away. As she started doing my nails, I noticed she was rushing through every part of the service. I loved my shape before I went in, and now my shape is lumpy, uneven, and my middle finger looks crooked. They’re not crazy thick but they just look terrible. The lady was nice, but didn’t care at all about matching up the lengths or at least having the shape look decent. There was no line or people waiting after me, so I’m not sure why she was rushing so much. She then put lotion on me at the end with the nail dust all over her hands which then was rubbed onto my hands. I tipped the 20%, but I will probably never return. If anything, I want to take my nails off now. I don’t understand how hard it is for nail techs to just give a decent shape & look, rather than just rushing through and entire service.

Worst experience. They didn’t do a good job with my refill. I had to basically explain how to do my own nails. She was so quick to do my nails and move on to the next person which made the quality so bad. My nails are uneven, the shape is not what I said, and the acrylic thickness is barely there which can make my nails break easy. I gave this place a 2nd chance and it was the worst decision. Wish I didn’t even pay for it. Waist of money. I don’t know how this place is rated so well.

Made an appointment for 12:30 but didn’t get seated until almost 1:30. I wanted a nice gel manicure and thought everything was fine until I looked at my “finished nails”. It was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. They were bubbly, cracked, and nail polish was all over my skin. She took off the polish and she buffed them out and ended up cutting my finger with the electric buffer. I said “just forget it I don’t have time for this” and she ended up doing a clear coat and even that wasn’t done right. Worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had.

Don’t bother calling to make an appointment, they really don’t honor your time. I once waited 35 minutes before they serviced me. The reason being, they are too short staffed. Most of the time they only have two nail technicians, and one who does pedicures only. Very small work place, very tense environment as they are rushing to accommodate their waiting customers. And then there’s the Hallmark TV station they make you watch, so boring sitting there. No more.

I used to come frequently but on my last trip a bottle of open nail polish spilled all over my clothes, shoes, and planner including a brand new down jacket. Most of the polish came off the jacket but there were traces in the seams and the material was ruined. The polish did not come off of my shoes or planner. The employees refused to offer anything and kept insisting that it was fine. I asked what they usually do in these situations and they refused to answer. I asked if they would at least offer a free service and I would take care of any costs and they refused. They and a customer started heckling me, insisting that everything would come out in the wash even my shoes. I had to drive home in the stained jacket with nail polish remover on it and my hands. I will never go back.
