Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value$80 for a 5 min manicure that left my hands dry and a mediocre dip application on my natural nails. $30 for a manicure is ludicrous. $50 for single powder dip without tips is over priced. These pics speak for themselves. Pretty rough experience and sloppy work. The tech didn’t even bother to clean up my hands after getting product all over me. $80 for a 5 min manicure that left my hands dry and a mediocre dip application on my natural nails. $30 for a manicure is ludicrous. $50 for single powder dip without tips is over priced. Critical: QualityWhere do we start!! Went in to get a full set of regular acrylic nails. Let’s start with service the customer service is not good at all not even a little. Ignoring my first mind I stayed because it was New Years Eve and my current nail shop was closed. To make a long story short I walked out with some fat nail that wasn’t file properly because they spent more time adding up the designs which in the end cost me $160!! Where do we start!! Went in to get a full set of regular acrylic nails. Let’s start with service the customer service is not good at all not even a little. Ignoring my first mind I stayed because it was New Years Eve and my current nail shop was closed. To make a long story short I walked out with some fat nail that wasn’t file properly because they spent more time adding up the designs which in the end cost me $160!! They will never get my money again

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIf I could go with 0 stars I would. They had sent me a coupon for my birthday. So, I was excited to go. I’ve been here 3 times now and each time the service gets worse. The gentleman that worked on my today tried to use unsanitary tools and repeatedly tried to cut my naturally short toe nails. After I had already asked him not to. While finishing my pedicure he asked if I’d like a full set, which I responded “no”. I began to tell him that I’ve actually grown out my nails to get a pretty gel manicure. (Growing out my nails is extremely hard for me) I sit down and he proceeds to file my nails down to make them gritty for a full set… IGNORING THE FACT IM TRYING TO TAKE MY HAND AWAY! He proceeded to make them paper thin and tried to stick on tips. At this point I raise my voice a few octaves repeating “I do not wish to have a full set”. He Finally start to give me the gel manicure I ask for. Now I have short stubby nails! Although they look good, I am extremely disappointed with not only my nails but the customer service. 10/10 would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could go with 0 stars I would. They had sent me a coupon for my birthday. So, I was excited to go. I’ve been here 3 times now and each time the service gets worse. The gentleman that worked on my today tried to use unsanitary tools and repeatedly tried to cut my naturally short toe nails. After I had already asked him not to. While finishing my pedicure he asked if I’d like a full set, which I responded “no”. I began to tell him that I’ve actually grown out my nails to get a pretty gel manicure. So listen my nails look like the picture I will give them that. But for $300??? They must pick and choose how they price. I was quoted $150 and ended up paying $220 because “design on every finger”. I didn’t argue but for that price the work could have been done a lot neater. Then my pedicure was 55$. There was no bubbles no oil no fragrance just water she used a foot scraper that was already used and the cuticle clipper that was already used. I’m used to my nail techs pulling these items out of an unopened bag so these ppl here are UNSANITARY. And this pedicure was so basic and we weren’t offered any spa treatment. If I would have thought it through I would have said cut my nails off because the price was outrageous. They were rude and rushing. But the nail tech was nice because he wanted a picture for his portfolio that’s about it. The tech immediately started laying acrylic he didn’t even trim my cuticles or file the acrylic correctly so 5 days later it’s already looking raggedy. I could have paid 170$ in California for longer better quality and a actual pedicure with bells and whistles.wouldn’t recommend this place. Very disappointed. Positive: Quality, ValueI was a little skeptical at first after reading reviews… however it’s a Sunday and all nail shops nearby are closed so I took a chance and drove 2 hours to get here! I was a little concerned at first as I got there at 1:30 and pedicure didn’t get started till 2:55 but there where some people in front of me… understandable… so anyway I enjoyed the wait as I think her name was Pauline checked on everyone and spoke which made me happy then when my person who I think was named Erick possibly? I saw the name on the box.. started he took his time and I think he did a great job!!!! Very friendly and much appreciated time spent making sure my nails where correct! He was quick with my finger nails and I very much appreciated that part being quicker and my nails look great!!! Overall it was an awesome experience and I loved the style of the place! I was a little skeptical at first after reading reviews… however it’s a Sunday and all nail shops nearby are closed so I took a chance and drove 2 hours to get here! I was a little concerned at first as I got there at 1:30 and pedicure didn’t get started till 2:55 but there where some people in front of me… understandable… so anyway I enjoyed the wait as I think her name was Pauline checked on everyone and spoke which made me happy then when my person who I think was named Erick possibly?
