Critical: QualityI guess with a dip/power, you do not get your cuticles trimmed. You aslo do not get your hands massaged with lotion. Also asked for a certain shape – still left with the same rounded nails. Have been going there for many years. Emily did my nails the last two times – not impressed and will not be going back!Service: Dip powder

Critical: PunctualityCalled on Tuesday for a mani / pedi appointment on Friday evening because I know that can be a busy time and I wanted to make sure I had an appointment because I had an event on Saturday. Appointment was at 6:15 on Friday so showed up at 6:15 but no appointment in the books and no one available to do my nails. I thought maybe I had called the wrong place so looked in my phone log and nope, I called them at 5:15p on Tuesday to make the appointment. The man I talked to took my name and said “see you on Friday”. When no one was available to o do a mani / pedi, they offered that I could wait 45 minutes but I wasn’t going to do that so I went to a different salon and had a wonderful experience.Just like that one company lost a long time customer (I had been going there for several years) and another gained a customer. Called on Tuesday for a mani / pedi appointment on Friday evening because I know that can be a busy time and I wanted to make sure I had an appointment because I had an event on Saturday. Appointment was at 6:15 on Friday so showed up at 6:15 but no appointment in the books and no one available to do my nails.
