This salon is one of the best in Bala Cynwyd, Pa. I say this because its where Charles and Celeste cut and color hair. They have been in the business for as long as I can remember. They started out working with Maurice Tannenbaum in Center City back in the early 80’s when I first discovered them. I have followed Charles ever since. He cuts hair like no other. Haig & Co. Salon has all the amenities a stylish beauty salon should have, in my opinion.
