These guys are great people. They offer drinks when you walk in make sure your comfortable and give some of the cleanest cuts I’ve ever had. I would personally recommend Travis (mostly because he’s the only one that’s cut my hair because I schedule with him). The store also looks amazing and they have great musical taste. Will definitely return. Matt gave me a really precise haircut, suggestions for future cuts, and several laughs. The oddities shop-Johnny Cash-rockabilly aesthetic could feel contrived if the barbers weren’t so genuinely interesting and welcoming and the atmosphere wasn’t so convivial. But they are and it is, so 1886 stands out as the best barbershop I’ve been to in a long time. If they were more reliably available for walk-ins, that would be the icing on the cake. But more power to them for being talented enough to book out weeks in advance if that’s what keeps the lights on.

Incredible service!! If you want a fun atmosphere with some awesome people, check out 1886! Their new location is so charming and we’ll decorated. I’ve had bad haircuts at other places in the past, and Travis has single-handedly changed my perspective about barbers because he is SUPER on top of it with listening and figuring out what kind of style you want. 100% recommend this place!

It’s always tough finding a new barber being a military family. This gem is right up the street from my house and the reviews did not steer me wrong. Travis cut and styled my hair like I’ve never had before this evening. It felt like he blended my hair for what felt like an eternity…a good problem to have! The ambiance was spooky and fun and amazing. The service and quality of the work is second to none, I don’t need to go anywhere else…I would highly recommend this shop, cheers!

This is an awesome barbershop. I found this shop about a year ago when I needed a terrible haircut corrected and Travis fixed me right up. He’s now the only one that touches my hair and every cut looks clean, crisp, and nice. The store is always clean and friendly and they bump great tunes.
