If you attempt to redeem a Groupon here, be prepared to be treated subpar. My son made an appt, and specified he had a Groupon. Upon arriving, he asked if they needed to see the voucher beforehand. He was informed that the stylist he had been scheduled with, did not accept Groupons. The receptionist was quite rude with him, and offered no resolution to the mistake they made. Upon speaking with the salon manager, she acted like this incident wasn’t a big deal. Her only suggestion was to request a refund through Groupon, which thankfully I was able to do. I am highly unimpressed, especially considering my son was a new client. I most certainly would not recommend this salon at all…

Drove from downtown to get a walk in haircut as they stated that they do. . The hours that they state that they have there is nobody inside doors were locked nobody to serve you and nobody to help. If you’re going to do service for the public need to update your hours and be kind enough to let the public know that you do not serve the hours that you have post it and you do not do walkins. Great place for a haircut and beard trim. It’s pricey but they do a great job. I recommend Maddie as a great master stylest.

Saw this place over the weekend and thought to myself I should try something different and take better care of myself. Scheduled an appointment for 6:45pm today to get my feet taken care of. As requested, showed up 10 mins early and called to check in. Nobody answered the phone so went inside to confirm my arrival. Was told to wait in my car. 30 minutes of waiting in my car and 20 minutes after my appointment time, nothing. I call in to check status and come to find out there’s still at least another 10 minutes of waiting left. Cancelled my appointment. I get it, we are all very busy but at least have the courtesy to call and let me know you’re previous appointment arrived late or you’re running late. You would expect the same from your customer. With drive time, wasted an hour of my time today. I do not recommend and do not plan on returning.
