I’ve been there in the past, the haircuts were great. However, the last time I unfortunately had to cancel/reschedule the day of and was fully charged. They had no willingness to work through avoiding fees. I was charged full price ($44) for nothing, extremely disappointed with the service. They were not even wiling to offer a minor discount for the rescheduled haircut.

This place is great. Never an issue. They accommodate as much as possible as needed. Aimee has been cutting my hair for years now and knows exactly how I like my haircut! She’s talented and knows her way around a head of hair. We’ve grown close and I consider her a friend and always look forward to catching up. This relationship is the type of experience Eighteen 8 exudes. I recommend to any guys who mention they’re looking for a new barber.

First time here and it was a pleasurable experience. My stylist, Victoria, was personable and very experienced. She gave succinct explanations for how her cuts shaped my face and she gave me a good rundown on how to use the products she recommended for my hair style.

Went here for a simple haircut. The actual haircut was on par with a Supercuts type haircut. The complimentary scalp neck massage lasted about 20 seconds. My neck was not properly shaved (I’m not a hairy dude) and my ears were completely ignored. This was at best a $15 haircut and not the $44 that I was charged. To add insult to injury there was a second $1 charge on my credit card for what I can assume was a carry charge. By the way I’m not cheap I did tip 20%. I’m not going to use this place again.

Friendly and professional environment and staff! Very pleased with the haircut I received and it was exactly what I requested! Felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. They did a great job delivering a fabulous haircut experience just as advertised on the website. My stylist was pleasant and easy to talk with and asked questions to ensure I received the exact cut and style I was looking for! I looked like a new person when the cut and style was finished, and was exceedingly pleased!
