An amazing stylist that works there named Elizabeth D. is the best. I’ve been going to her for years! I walked in one day, and said make me beautiful, and she has ever since. She made me more confident with her skills. I just wish you could see in person as my terrible photography skills don’t do it justice. One I literally took accidentally when picking up the phone I just dropped under the truck. Lol. Book in advance as the good ones stay busy!

one word is DISAPPOINTED!!! I have been to this place (Domain location) 2 times so far and honestly It was awesome. I got a great stylist(Kiandra). She would understand what I need and give me the perfect haircut and do my beard. I was happy with the service, price, all of it and then everything changed. I had a scheduled appointment on the 15th of July and got a reminder message on my phone. I called them up and left a voicemail to inform that I won’t be able to come in as I’m driving out of state. They still charged my card by saying ’no show’. I called them and asked about it and was told that they’ll look into it and their manager is going to call me back. No one called back, so I called them back and spoke to the manager and his response was “we see that you attempted to call us yesterday but there’s no voicemail”. We have a no refund policy and all I can do is offer you a 50% discount on your next visit. when I told the guy that I’m moving out of state!! I’m not coming back, he says well there’s nothing much we can do here. Good day! all for $38. How can anybody prove that they left a voicemail? and why would anyone attempt to call unless they want to change, cancel or reschedule their appointment? Anyways, I see they also are in Phoenix too but I ain’t going back again!!

I live in Domain and this salon is in Domain too. I’ve been there just one time and never again. I call them for reservation and they booked me for a 20 min and their service was just regular very quick and with no mercy even they couldn’t cut as I wanted. You can feel that they just focus your money. In a nutshell, very expensive low and regular service!!!

Horrible Service. The quality of barbers has gone down from what it was before, even an year ago. The barber gave a bad haircut, ignoring the instructions and then didn’t offer any remedy for course correction. On top of that, due to the time window, she didn’t provide a wash. Upon checkout, she said they only have a card option even though I had checked if a cash option was available. She then had the gall to ask for a higher tip. If you’re going there, check if the barber is a new one/trainee vs an established person with years of training.

I’m conflicted. It’s my fault because I thought this would be a barber shop, but like it’s name says, it’s a salon. They don’t offer a straight razor neck shave. I was in a hurry so I didn’t notice that they didn’t hand me a mirror to look at the back. When I got home I noticed that they had done a square neck, though I asked for a taper. The styling was decent and maybe I held them up to the standards of a barber, hence not just one star.

Place is horrible. I asked for a fade and was jus a horrible haircut, left lines of demarkation all around my head. Had to go to a real barber to blend it out. Bad place to be if you want a quality haircut.

Great men’s salon. I love it. Very upscale and professional. They will serve you a free drink upon arrival, beer, wine, coffee, tea, soda ,or water. They have robes if you prefer to remove your shirt. The bathroom is stocked with razors, mouthwash, and hair products and has real cloths instead of paper towels. Very friendly and attentive staff. Portia does a fantastic job and is very personable.

I just visited during pandemic, they’re accepting customers based on appointments, checked and completely sanitized equipments service was completely good, even though it’s little expensive it’s worth the price

I assume the place is great if you want a template hair cut. I had to wear cap for weeks after this 50 dollar haircut. If you want to run the hair clipper at 1 all over your head while listening to good music and relaxing atmosphere for 50 dollars – go for it.
