Cool place. I was tired of the hit or miss service and wait times at the drop in places. I found 18|8 close to my house and was able to schedule a cut online. Day of the appointment I only had to wait a minute or two before being called back. I was offered a drink (Water, soda, beer, or mixed). I was able to provide the general gist of what I wanted and the stylist nailed it. My second appointment was pretty much the same experience, which I really like the consistency and lack of wait time. You’ll pay a bit more for the experience, but worth it.

18|8 is a great place for a nice cut or a quick shave. The shop is kept clean and the services are top notch. All the employees I have encountered have been professional and friendly. They make you feel comfortable when you visit, which is important to me. If you have a choice, ask for Brandi. She is an awesome stylist with a great sense of humor. You won’t be sorry.

I have been going to 18 8 for 7+ years and spent $$$$ there over the years. They are having turnover that lead to multiple hair cuts being cancelled and unable to be rescheduled. Often have no one at the front desk and no service to try to help me out. Hairstyling

This was my first visit and my stylist Gabby did a phenomenal job. You’ll pay a little more than the average haircut but the quality work and professionalism of every staff member make it completely worth the cost. ***Complimentary drinks included!

Critical: CleanlinessThere was only one stylist working but there was hair on the floor at virtually every station. I understand the worker shortage but it literally takes about 30 secs to sweep up a haircut. No soap in the restroom and the sink didn’t work. Place was filthy so I left without a getting a haircut

Could not say more about this place. The entire staff is polite and welcoming. Lauren cuts my hair and does an incredible job. I usually book two or three appointments in advanced just to make sure I get in! Once you try 18|8 out, you will never want another 10$ haircut again.

Got my hair highlighted here, first it didn’t turn out as expected so I called and the owner got me an appointment with someone that helped me out the next day and my hair is perfectly how I asked. Very nice salon and decent prices. Also I feel they work their best at getting your hair how you want it. Will be returning for haircuts now.
