I have been using 18|8 Fine Men’s Salon for over a year now and I will never go anywhere else unless I physically move. Ramon has been my barber the entire time and he has been freakin awesome! Nailed my haircut the first time and I knew I found my barber. His attention to detail and perfection is consistent time after time with my haircuts, line ups and trims. He will always double check to make sure everything stays the same unless you ask for something different. I see him once a month and every time he remembers my haircut and it’s always great conversations! Down to earth guy who always makes it fun. If you are in the area or looking for a new barber, 18|8 in Redmond is where it’s at and ASK for Ramon! He will not let you down!!

Since we moved to the area in 2022, my husband has been going to Justin, and he consistently provides a high-quality experience. Justin is very friendly and professional. He consistently takes his time and pays attention to the details. After sitting in his chair, my husband comes home with a smile on his face and looking great. Make sure to ask for Justin!

Second try. First appointment was a reasonable hair cut, but ultimately not well suited for me as a professional. Gave it a few months and decided to try once again… This time, the “trimmed” my beard with a 4 guard and destroyed it. I was very unhappy. I do not recommend 18/8. Beard trim, Haircut

I’m visiting Redmond and decided to get a haircut here. I looked at all the places in Redmond and read reviews and thought I’d like to try this Salon. I booked on line which was super easy and convenient. They called to confirm, and he was super nice when he called me. The salon is super clean and convenient to get to. Everyone there was very professional and seemed to really love being there which I really enjoyed. I love that they actually do a consultation with you and listen to your wants and concerns. They do a neck massage, hot face towel and cleaned up eyebrows, neck, ear it was so worth the cost of it.

I love this place! The atmosphere is very upscale, classy, and professional. When you walk in you feel a sense of pride knowing this is where you get your haircut. The staff here are some of the best I’ve ever interacted with. I see Ramon every 3 weeks and it’s always a pleasure having the chance to spend some time talking and watching him work his magic. Ramon’s vision for the place is inspiring and his attention to detail is like no other. He appreciates his craft and truly wants you to feel like a million bucks every time you get your haircut. I would highly recommend that if you are on the east side or frankly anywhere in Washington go and ask for Ramon he won’t disappoint.

It was my first time visiting Fine Men’s Salon. I’d been growing my hair out for over a year, and finally decided to cut it. I was nervous at first, since I haven’t had good experiences with short haircuts in the past. Angus did a terrific job, worked with me to help me figure out what I wanted, and before I realized, I ended up with a perfect cut. Not to mention since I’m new to the area, he helped me figure out areas I could explore over the weekend.
