Had a lovely experience at 168 Nails Spa today! I am in from out of town and booked a gel manicure and pedicure on short notice. Location is small but clean and had partitions up between each station (felt very safe in COVID times!). Pedicure was great and I added a 10 min extra massage which was lovely. I also opted to try out the chrome manicure which was new (I was the second person to get this type of mani!!). Needless to say I’m OBSESSED!!! My nail tech was lovely and did such a great job. I now need to find a place in NJ that does chrome! Thank you 168 Nails!

I found this establishment to be very clean, efficient and everyone was very friendly! They were able to accommodate me (on a late Wednesday morning) quickly. Critical: QualityI have had many gel manicures and I have never had my nails so damaged removing the gel. They literally took off the top of my nails. I had to go to the dermatologist because I thought it was a fungus. They told me it was because they removed the top of my nail. My nails are a mess, and it has taken months to get them healthy again. Make sure if you get a gel that they soak off the gel and not just just the drill to remove it. I had to go to the dermatologist because I thought it was a fungus. They told me it was because they removed the top of my nail. I cannot express enough what a relief it is to find an amazing nail salon that is not only near my home, but clean, friendly & knowledgeable. Example: they did not have a fingernail gel to match my toenails, so the technician mixed gel colors to make it match! The extra attention, intimate, clean & friendly atmosphere is what will keep me coming back. Make an appointment if possible, because I see this new nail salon catching on very quickly.
