Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo not use this place for any service! I went to this place on a Friday to get goddess locs on Saturday, I was completely bald on my left side. I called the salon and they asked for me to come in. I went on Monday showed them my huge bald spot, all the hair that came out and still had several locs that still had my hair in them from the root! They completely acted as if they did nothing wrong, made a million excuses and argued with me for over two hours. Then told me they did not give refunds! After several hours that of arguing they stated they would take my hair out and refund me. But when they took me hair out, they did not make me whole and refused to do so. The lady who actually pulled my hair out has no type of customer service skills. She treated me rude, refused to look at the hair she pulled out and never apologized at all! I do not understand how any responsible business owner would employ someone like this! She acted as if I pulled her hair out. Besides the fact that they pulled my hair out within 24 hours of doing my locs, the locs were messing and not fully twisted, they were all different sizes, the ones on my edges that pulled my hair out were way thicker than the rest, and the weave was falling out immediately after getting it done. They took really small tiny sections of my edges, put thick locs on them and made them extremely tight as if they have no knowledge of how to treat and responsible do someone’s hair! Do not use this place. I do not normally give bad reviews and usually just don’t say anything if I had a bad experience because that’s the type of person I am. However in this situation I feel obligated to save someone else from losing their hair and being treated like you are nothing. They are way over priced and should not be licensed to do a dogs hair! Do not use this place for any service! I went to this place on a Friday to get goddess locs on Saturday, I was completely bald on my left side. I called the salon and they asked for me to come in. The braids were too tight; the style wasn’t what I requested and when I attempted to have the issues corrected, I received push back and poor customer service. I will NOT return

Critical: ValueI don’t recommend getting micro braids done here, they started falling out after two days. My sister had the same problem. Maybe they are good at other stuff, but NOT micro braiding
