I’ve been going to east salon for years and Kelly will ALWAYS be my go to. If you’re looking for blonde, seriously go to her. She never under delivers and the prices are reasonable given the products and time that goes into giving you the style/look you want. She really listens to you and will be honest, but either way she knows her stuff. The owner Tina is also soo sweet as well as her daughter and they don’t try to over sell you. They’re honestly all very talented at what they do.. I saw Amanda G’s comment and her perspective about the timeline that the reviews/comments were posted. I don’t think there’s any “shadiness.” What’s shady is that she didn’t even indicate who her stylist was or what she had done. She’s entitled to her opinion but I felt the need to say something for others who come on here looking for honest reviews.

I was here June 14th at 1:30 pm.. i attempted to leave a google review with pictures and a full length review and was rejected from the algorithm. So I left a review on yelp in detail. I left the salon with pink, purple, orange and yellow strands of hair that I did not ask for.

I found my person!!! If you wanted to get eyelash extensions but wasn’t sure if it was for you, definitely go see Amanda. She is amazing! She walks you through the process and gave me the exact look I was hoping for. I had a facial from her as well and it was hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. The spa itself is really nice, clean and peaceful. Ive fallen asleep a couple times during my eyelash extensions lol. Amanda seriously rocks!!

An individual necessarily doesn’t require to have a service done in order to post a review about any business. The reason I posted this review is for the pure fact that the reviews that I see are unethical and coaxed. I am not going to say anything callous because I believe in good karma. However, I am going to give some business advice in a considerable way because I have a business degree in Management. Not everything is going to be sunshine and rainbows within a business, no matter what kind of business we’re referring to. It appears to be that the company sees one mediocre review and goes off the handle. Trust me, it is okay to have dissatisfactory reviews. All of your recent reviews are all from 6 days ago simultaneously (I’m assuming to try to get your ratings “back up”) It is evidently shady to see that appear. There aren’t always going to be customers with full satisfaction. It’s simply not possible to please everyone. It would be the mature and appropriate option to try to remedy others’ experiences instead of flooding your own company with good reviews instead. Telling others to purposely leave extremely positive reviews is not the method to take. It makes the company look dishonest and deceitful. There’s nothing wrong with having positive reviews, but it’s just not always going to be that way. A company with integrity and humility would be a company with mixed reviews. Some good, some bad, and some in the middle. There aren’t any 2, 3, or 4 star reviews mixed in, only 5 stars across the board. How is any person supposed to develop trust in that company? Just like the same way haircare products have mixed reviews, as an example. Overall, I hope this serves as a formal reality check because I do want to see businesses (especially small businesses) succeed.
