Bait and switch! I would have given a better review because my facial was very good but the problem was with payment. I was given a $100 gift card by a very generous friend. When I made the appointment, in person, I was told that if I downloaded the app, I could use the extra $50 and upgrade to the $165 facial. Kelly said that if I used the gift card plus the app discount, I could get the $165 facial for only $15. Today, when I checked out, I was told that I owed $65 because the policy had changed. Why didn’t Kelly tell me that to begin with? Be very careful when you make your appointment that you are very clear on how much you will have to pay.
