Had a wonderful experience with Nancy. I called the night before for a morning appointment and they scheduled me for first thing the next day (Saturday). Nancy was waiting for me when i got there. She did an excellent job and gave me exactly what I asked for. I was in and out in 54 minutes. Paid $65 + tip for an acrylic fill and design (no tips).

Overall had good services with Ava. I became a regular who never really asked what I was being charged for. Then 1 day I asked the technician what the break down of the bill was (which the price didn’t matter just wanted to know) she explained it to me and I ended up paying the bill and I tipped her. I came back again and received a pedicure (with no issues may I mention) Not realizing there was an issue I called to schedule another appointment and I was told I couldn’t return. Very unfortunate you can’t ask what you’re being charged for without it being a problem.-Bad business/Bad customer service

I was desperate for a fill when my nails began to lift after 1 week from another salon. I walked in at 6 pm on Friday and Nancy went out of her way to accommodate me. Disappointed in 123Nails. I was a consistent client & recently received a day of appt. cancelation. I expressed concern about pricing transparency during my last appointment, and now I’m penalized for my complaint. Prices aren’t posted within the salon and when you have a bi-weekly appointment you dont expect to be surprised at check-out by the price. During both instances, where pricing changed, I still paid full price and tipped 18-22%. The 1st instance I didnt question the change and thought it may be an error on my end.

I went to this nail salon to get my nails done for engagement photos. I asked for acrylic nails that were as natural looking as possible when I got home they started glowing in the dark and turned bright green. I had to redo all of my engagement photos and get a new manicure. The worst part was when I called them the manager denied that they had glow in the dark acrylic nail powder and denied providing me with a refund. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS SALON

I decided to try this nail salon because it’s right next to my son’s daycare, but unfortunately had a bad experience. I normally go to a different salon but tried this one out of convenience. I get pedicures every 2 weeks, and never had I ever had a my polish peel within 2 days. I paid $20 more than the salon I usually go to, and received poor quality nails. Will not be revisiting this salon.
