I brought my 5 year old here to get her ears pierced. The staff was amazing from the start. AJ did the piercing and he was beyond amazing with my daughter. He was very kind and personable. He explained every step to her, made her as comfortable and confident. He allowed her to set the pace to her comfort level and was very patient with her. At the end of it, they gave her a certificate for being brave and a lollipop. Their customer customer service was the best I have seen!

AJ is the absolute best person to get your child’s ear pierced. My daughter came in nervous and scared and he walked her through each step making sure that she was comfortable and ready to do it. He was patient, kind and compassionate. He made sure that the ears were even (triple checking himself with measuring tools). If you need to get your child’s ear pierced I would recommend AJ to do it. Thanks for making my daughter happy with the piercing.
