This was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. The miss asked me to pick my colour, and I was going to do a simple design with one other. She demanded I pay after she began the manicure but before she applied any polish. There was no base coat done. The top coat was finished by someone else after she demanded $5 for each design, when I was only seeking for both ring fingers. Top coat hardly applied, and chipped off in the car. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Two of my nails are red and inflamed around the nail edges but service to those was entirely neglected, no cuticle or nail softener used, nor a soak in lieu of those

They started out as welcoming about a year ago. Convinced me to Get GEL nails. I had acrylic for 25 years! It would be healthier and look better. Healthier yes look better NO!!! My nails haven’t looked like this since high school and I didn’t pay $50 every time I had them done! Now the girl who does my nails doesn’t even say hello to me! my nails curl and she said she would have to put on new tips….I even showed her a picture and she couldn’t match it and it was a simple French. I asked for dark pink and it’s far from it. Then to make it even better she didn’t clean under my nails!!!! When I said something I got an attitude…I’m done I have to go and pay to have them fixed elsewhere…SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE DIRTY AND NASTY!!!!!

Blue sky nails is amazing!!! Joyce is so nice and professional she gets me in right away! My nails last for almost 2 months with dipping powder! I’ve never had an issue with her. She’s my favorite nail tech. I thought at first this place looks good enough to get my Mani and pedi. Right off the back the woman doing my pedicure had a attitude like she really didn’t wanna do my feet because I’m black. Then she started rushing the whole process like she didn’t care. When she was done my feet looked just like she was in a rush so I had her fix the problems and she had an attitude. I will never go back there again. Poor service

The owner Joyce sat down to do my nails, did not say hello of acknowledge me at all and then was blabbing on her phone the entire time and didn’t say one word to me. When I was done I went up to the register to pay and she walked into the back and never came back out and didn’t say anything to me. Someone else had to come over and ring me up.

I’ve been going here for years and never had any issues. I just left and saw Rachel for the first time- she did my mani and pedi, and couldn’t have been any sweeter. She took her time to perfect the shape and design I wanted, and was so incredibly sweet regarding my skin condition and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Rachel!

Terrible service!!! It was my first time at this salon, I walked in to get pedicure didn’t have time to look at prices the lady hands me a book with massages and prices she snatched it away from gave me the $55 massage and told me everything was included that it will be $55 in total for pedicure and massage. When it comes time to pay she told me it was $90! Lady didnt even know what she was doing. And she was falling asleep while giving me the massage! Terrible place

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuei hated this place I came with my dad and my sister i thought maybe we should try a new place so we came here i had a pedicure and manicure so did they and during our pedicure there was no massage like my usual nail salon and they kept leaving and going with other people and left me waiting for them, also I had 5 different people doing my nails. they didn’t even bother putting clear coat on my dads nails they literally cleaned his feet and just put lotion. i hated this place I came with my dad and my sister i thought maybe we should try a new place so we came here i had a pedicure and manicure so did they and during our pedicure there was no massage like my usual nail salon and they kept leaving and going with other people and left me waiting for them, also I had 5 different people doing my nails. they didn’t even bother putting clear coat on my dads nails they literally cleaned his feet and just put lotion.
